Refund policy

At Seraphina Interiors, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
  • The item must not have been assembled or used

Returns are accepted where the item does not match the original product description. (Please note: minor colour variations due to screen/display differences are not considered misdescription.)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items that have been used or assembled
  • Items not returned in original packaging


3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@seraphinainteriors.co.uk to request authorisation
  2. Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging
  3. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  4. Return the item using the instructions provided by our team

Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange accordingly.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • If required, we can assist in arranging a return courier service


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Original delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Please include clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The delivery label (if possible)

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. size, colour, or product), please follow the standard returns process.


8. Assembly Policy

Please note:

  • Once an item has been assembled, it is considered accepted and no longer eligible for return
  • We strongly advise inspecting all items before assembly
  • If there are any concerns, do not assemble the item and contact us immediately

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5–10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
  • If purchased via Klarna, contact Klarna support directly
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@seraphinainteriors.co.uk
