Price Match Promise

At Seraphina Interiors,, we are committed to offering competitive prices and excellent value across our furniture and interiors collections.

 

We regularly review our pricing to ensure our customers receive competitive prices on quality products.

If you find the same product advertised by another UK retailer at a lower price, we will be happy to review a price match request, subject to the following conditions:

• The product is identical to the item sold by Seraphina Interiors
• The item is brand new and unused
• The retailer is a legitimate UK-based business
• The product is currently in stock and available for purchase
• The advertised price includes VAT
• The competitor’s price can be verified by our team

Please note:

• Seraphina Interiors, reserves the right to decline a price match request where the advertised price cannot be verified or where fulfilling the request would result in a financial loss to the business
• Auction websites, marketplace listings, clearance sales, liquidation sales, refurbished products, factory seconds, and pricing errors are excluded from this policy
• Price matching applies only to products sold by genuine furniture and home interiors retailers

• Product name and product code
• Competitor’s price
• Website link or retailer details
• Your name and contact telephone number

Our team will review your request and aim to respond within 1–2 working days.
