Care Instructions: Cushions should not be left out in the rain as this will cause watermarks. All cushions should be stored away in a dry area when not in use. We do not advise washing or tumble drying as this may affect the FR properties. Do not leave any glass items/objects on the table without mats/coasters. Do not store glass on its end during assembly; please place it on a flat surface on the carton provided. Cover glass in extreme heat as this can magnify the heat and melt wicker.
Packaging and Assembly
This set is delivered in two carefully packaged cartons to ensure safe arrival. Some assembly is required, with an included guide to help you set up your outdoor dining area with ease.

We currently offer delivery to UK Mainland addresses only.
Free standard delivery applies to mainland UK locations and excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands, and certain remote areas.
Estimated delivery times are typically 10–14 working days, with most orders delivered sooner depending on product availability and supplier processing times.
Once your order is placed, our team may contact you to confirm delivery details and provide updates where required.
If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist. Express delivery may incur an additional charge.

Delivery Process
Deliveries are carried out by trusted courier and specialist furniture partners.
- Deliveries are typically made Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
- A delivery date and time window may be provided by email or SMS where available
- Some large or fragile items may require specialist delivery scheduling
Standard delivery is to the ground floor entrance only.
Room-of-choice delivery may be available on selected items for an additional charge.
If access restrictions apply (apartments, upper floors, remote areas), please inform us before delivery so arrangements can be made.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available, a redelivery charge may apply.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- notify us within 72 hours
- provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and item
We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unused
- items must be in original packaging
- items must be in resalable condition
Returns may be:
- arranged by the customer, or
- collected by our courier (collection fee may apply and be deducted from refund)
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the item must be returned under the returns policy.
Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Assembly
Some items may require self-assembly.
Where available, assembly services can be arranged at checkout for an additional fee.
Please check all parts before assembly begins. Once assembled, items may not be eligible for return.
